Modding original game ..Banned ?

Hey people,

Just bought 2k20 and i mostly play offline but sometimes i play myteam. Anybody knows if i can use mods anyway ? How do other people here do with mods that own the game ?

I believe you'll be fine, as long as you're not actively editing the game using Cheat Engine or the Limnono Trainer while you're online and connected to the 2K servers. I haven't heard of anyone getting banned just for using a custom roster or updated face/jersey/court etc.

Ok ! Hope it also causes no problems for myplayer. It sucks they took away the option to play that offline. Bunch off moneygrabbers. Otherwise the gameplay really got better after the 1.03. Doubleteams are not that bad anymore but still its too easy scoring inside.

Shouldn't be a problem, as long as you're not hacking your player.

On the other hand many mods don't work online, during the game you will be disconnected. The game will not count, you can try but for me I must always disable the mods if I want to play online.

as Long as you only use the external File. plugin (waigua folder) and only graphical Mods, you can Play every Mode without any problems. i use These Kind of Mods (cyberfaces, courts, Jerseys,...) for 5 or 6 years and i only Play myleague online. never had any problems with it.
