More than 6 expansion teams?

Hi i'm currently building a PC and will be playing 2k20. I have lots of ideas for expansion teams(over 6) and am going to be making designs for them. I know in the base game you are only allowed to have 6 expansion teams, so I was wondering if it's possible to mod the game somehow to allow more than 6 expansion teams for MyLeague/MyGM.

Yeah sure, sorry for the late reply.

My first idea was to bring back teams inspired by the old ABA teams Aka St Louis Spirits, Vancouver Sound(since Memphis already have a team) etc.

My second idea was to expand worldwide with teams from countries where basketball is really popular.

And my third Idea which is the one I'm going to pursue when I can afford the game is Wiping the current NBA and creating a Fantasy League Where every state has their own team but due to only being able to have 36 teams I will use the 36 highest most populated states. The team names would be inspired by each states state animal and would be sponsored by each states biggest brand/company.

I'm an artist and graphic designer so when I can afford a new PC as my laptop is crapping out at the moment, I'll design logos, uniforms and courts each team for the third idea and for sure will be posting them for everyone's use.

Here is my 36 team Minor League. I used some of the user created data from NBA 2k18 but some are a mix of NBDL, NBA and created. I currently maintain this in NBA 2k18 but I am thinking of migrating to NBA 2k20 because the gameplay is much better.

I use a draft export from Choops 2k9. Teams can only draft players from geographic region and select teams have foreign born players....

It's not, as far as I'm aware. I haven't seen anyone post any method of doing so.
