NBA 2k19 ModStar File Explorer Working Download Link

Hello, I've noticed there has not been a working download link for ModStar File Explorer NBA 2k19 outside of China for the whole year mainly, so I've posted one to mediafire for you guys. It has all the dll's that it needs to work, just select your proper directories.

1. Extract the zip to its own folder
2. Run the exe
3. When run the exe, you are granted 3 options
4. First option is where you select your manifest file
5. Second option is where you want extracted files to be placed
6. Third option is your NBA 2K19 directory
