Any desired card with Limnono in MyTeam

Someone on here said the easiest way to get any desired MyTeam card is to use the Read Highlighted option on Limnono. Is that actually possible and if anybody knows, how exactly? And also how do people change the amount of HOF badges on a card in the auction house?
