I am curious... Would people have any interest in a tool that's an option as a substitute for shrinkwrapping? Instead, it would be like a copy and paste of only the 3D body (arms, torso, hidden, legs) from one model file to another.
So, for instance, say for some odd reason you wanted to replace Shaq's 3D body with Kevin Durant's. You would run this program and in a matter of seconds, you could put the new file in your png.iff archive and see the changes in game.

Yes! That sounds heavenly for draft class creation. Swapping player bodies can be some of the more tedious work.

I have a program that transfers a 3D accessory from one player (or file) to another: hair, masks, goggles, etc. - regardless of whether the 3D accessory is found in a player's hihead_____.model file with the rest of the 3d body (goggles), or if it is found in a separate file (hair). This tool was originally intended to provide a remedy for the inability to change/add/swap 3D hair in 2K17, but I thought this could potentially be useful for other games as well, especially 2K19. So I generalized it to just 3D accessories.
I'm not sure, though, since the hair is now in a separate file and easy to add to a player. Or if there is any advantage in having your hair or beard packaged with the 3D body like it was in 2K17 and not in a separate file. Also, since I have not modded 2K19 much yet, I don't know what you guys currently do for stuff like masks and goggles, but hopefully it can be of help in some way.
Nevertheless, to illustrate I have extracted the mask from the hihead file of another cyberface, as well as younger Dirk's hair from his separate hair file, and applied them to Kobe with this method.

In the hihead.SCNE file, it looks like it did in 2K17 with all of this stuff together

Oh sweet. Do you happen to know what files they are in the game? I've tried searching bandana, durag, etc. and haven't found anything yet. I would imagine they're in the 2U archive for MyCareer somewhere?

I think they are in the sync.bin. These weren't in the game at release, just within the last 3 weeks I think
