[REQUEST] Low Arm Sleeve

Is anyone able to make a global (or wherever the accessory files are located) with a low arm sleeve? You used to be able to simulate it with the forearm sleeve but they got rid of that for some reason in the latest update. I added some pictures below of what I'm talking about:
