Adding files to global.iff

Why when I add for example net files to global.iff my game crashes? I use 7-zip extracting files from global.iff and then in the same way adding to archive. I tryed different global's and net files - same problem.

You extract the files with 7zip or just open them? Open the global with 7zip and drag the net mods into it before closing it and you shouldn't have any issues.
