[Request] Invisible Update required Overlay

I wanted to ask the modding community if they Know, which File is responsible for this annoying "Update required" overlay.

as I mostly Play games in our online League once this overlay pops up i cannot just save the game, go to the Main menu and then load up the game again. i have to experience this annoying overlay for the Rest of the game.

my thought Was if you replace the graphics File with a transparent one, then you simply wont See the overlay anymore.

I'm curious also but it wont be as simple as replace a texture graphic.

why do you think so? Isnt the overlay just this texturen?
