If your asking about the jersey adds its located in OC archive using the NBA 2k explorer the file name start with uniform_sponsor_logo
But not all team can be remove the jersey adds or edit it, like for example the spurs jersey.

if you know how to use cheat engine and know how to use the tables I have provided you can blank out the space where the sponsor logo is

so like where it says phi_01 you would just erase it then click ok or you can overwrite the bytes with 00's

If you know how to use cheat engine it would be easier than blanking out the textures. If you don't and are better with textures and photoshopping you need the uniform_sponsor_logo.iff files. There are a bunch in archive 0C.
It is not just one single file. uniform_sponsor_logo_atl_01.iff uniform_sponsor_logo_atl_02.iff uniform_sponsor_logo_atl_03.iff uniform_sponsor_logo_atl_04.iff
Some teams have a bunch of them

Look at your manifest file in a text editor like notepad++ and ctrl f look for "uniform_sponsor_logo"

Then use 2K explorer to extract them and mod them

You still won't be able to remove them all only doing the textures since some are in sync.bin
