To fix the transparent players when you create a new cyberface, just rename all the LODs names to "hihead" like in the preview:

Open the hihead.SCNE and don’t delete the lod colums, just rename each lod with the name of the hihead model. I mean if we have 5 Lods, rename with the hihead name 5 times.

You should be able to delete the LODs

If I delete the lods from the hihead.SCNE and from the pngxxxx.iff the game crashes.

You should be able to delete the LODs

This year all kinds of funky stuff like crashing and body morphing happens when you delete LODS. It's like 2K put a bunch of nuisance things in just because.

For the players who already have an hair file you have to do it on both files so if the players have a facial hair file too you do it on it too. I may have some edits coming

You don't need to do that you just need to do what stone said but if the players already have an extra hair file or facialhair file, you need to do it on each.

We just need to "delete" LOD 1,2,3,4,5 into the HEAD, BEARD and HAIR now.....2K18 it´s only one file, now, 2k19, we need to edit 3 files to work!

Delete the LODs files in the pngxxx.iff or deleted them in the scne files with a text editor. Upload your cf Lagoa to compate too please. Thanks

Not DELETE FILES, it´s delete all entries of "xxx.SCNE" and working only with "HIHEAD"
