I used to know how on last gen.
If you open the global archive, you should find a file that shows the muscle pattern on the arms. The file is a .DDS I believe, and when you open it up it shows two arms side by side. You could swap out that file from V1 into V3.
I havn't looked into the global file this year, maybe I'll have a look a little later.
