It’s been covered extensively elsewhere. He was updated by 2k and you have a face.iff file that conflicts with the update. You need to find his ID number and delete the face file in your Modded folder. No “patch” or mod will solve it beyond one that replaces it with a non-conflicting file size.

It has to do with large files within the faceXXXX.iff. You need to delete the corresponding faceXXXX.iff file for the player not showing up, or manually edit the textures to the correct size, or add a new faceXXXX.iff file that is not “incorrectly” sized.

Damn shame, I believe 2K did this purposely, to thwart our excellent modders from doing better work than them.
