Your global looks good, the eyes, the headband and the sweat are very realistic and if you could makes the lips and the face reflection look like chensisi's global it would be the perfect global.

Shader settings should be high to ultra.. That might fix it.

It is. Sometimes the player is sweated on the Broadcast cam, but when on free throw cam or cut scenes they are dry.
