help with some basic body edits

I was wondering if anyone who knows how to do basic body edits like arm thickness or torso length could help me with some pointers? google doesn't seem to be very helpful...

For arm thickness you have to do that in Blender. For tutorial check out the NBA 2K18 modding tutorial section. Now for torso length I did a tutorial. Here's the link:
