Help with iff 3D import

Hi gyus, I am creating mods for Pro Evolution Soccer. I want to create Lebron James for PES but it is difficult for me to find all of his tattoos. Can someone give me the texture with tattoos or at least tell me how can I open .iff files??

Open iff files with 7-zip
Then open dds with photoshop,GIMP or paint.net
