NBA2k19 MODDING-HELP with a few things

Hey all, thanks for your help. I have a few questions.
1) What happened to the towels from NBA2k18 that the players wore? Is there a way to somehow put them into NBA2k19? (I don’t know much about how this stuff works, sorry.)
2) For those that create courts and edit stadiums, is there a way to manipulate the textures and objects (e.g.) chairs, walls, stanchions, ushers, stairs, railings) Basically, what software can I use to change these 2D and 3D objects?
3) Finally, is it possible to replace the aerial shots of the city/arenas for the teams (the ones at the beginning and the start of the third quarter). If yes, how?
I appreciate all responses and feedback that is given, because I might make some new mods!
