external file plugin doesnt read fxxx.iff files

Hi guys,I dont know why but external file plugin doesnt read fxxx.iff files resposnible for floor texture. Do you know whats the problem? Except that, everything works correctly(sxxx.iff faces etc.)
Please let me know.

Reason : 2k patches

Solution 1 : update floors with 2k explorer (re do After next update)

Solution 2 : download an older version from steam depots and disable 2k19 updates

Maybe you are trying to add floors that have been already been edited by 2K in the game. I've added Manni's Boston floor through waigua method without any issue.

same issue here but for me the sixers floor only
