Nba 2k19 alternate jerseys

Ok there is a serious problem with the alternate jerseys. When i set up a college league in my league the alternate jerseys that others created are fine they are almost always there all the time. But if I create an alternate Jersey no matter how much I save or upload and re download etc. Everytime I shut the game off when i come back the next time I play they are GONE. I redownload them AGAIN and they are GONE AGAIN. Will 2k fix this? Is there a way that MY alternates can some how stay put like others do?
