GAME CRASHES!

Hey guys,

I need help because the game is always crashing when I try to play a 5v5 game (in Play Now) while it's loading (change lineup screen). I bought yesterday a new laptop and I installed the game again. When I am in MyTeam and I'm playing freestyle it doesn't crash.

Here are my specs:

MSI GE73 7RC Raider
GTX 1050 (4 GB) GDDR5
8 GM RAM DDR4
Intel i7-7700HQ
120Hz 17,3 Display

check your bios battery and date settings.

IMO these kind of errors are mainly related to OS and not really to the game.
You should try to repair windows (scf /scannow and DISM / RestoreHealth)
Scan for virus and malwares etc....

Hey,

thank you for your fast support! I checked everything but there wasn't any error. But I found out the issue. The 8 GB RAM isn't enough to handle the game and other processes at the same time, so I had to create a paging file. After I did that, the game worked perfectly.

Still thank you With the last hint I thought about creating more virtual RAM
