Downloading Game Updates Screen Stuck! Help?

Hello,
Its two days now that i get this screen everytime i start the game !
I let it for 7 hours but nothing happens !
Any ideas how to fix it?

Ps: I reinstalled the game and still same problem ! ! !

Are you using any mods? Mine is caused by Looyh's SYNC.bin replace tool. You just have to run the tool again but with the "lock SYNC.bin" unchecked. That's if you're using his tool.
