Lost MyCareer Player after reinstalling Steam

Dears,
I've uninstalled Steam then reinstalled it. when i ran the game again in my PC i can't find my created player in MyCareer. how can i recover it again? i spent lots of money in VC my player is 89 and almost finishing 1st season.



Please Please Please help me.

That's strange, the saved file should still be there along with the server data. If you've got Steam Cloud sync on, I'm guessing you might be able to retrieve the save.

If all else fails, hit up 2K Support. I don't have a lot of faith in them, or a lot of good things to say about them, but considering there's an account issue with VC involved, they're the only ones who would have access to those records and possibly be able to do something about it.

i've already contacted 2K support two days back and nothing been done from them.

i'll contact Steam for the cloud sync and hopefully they can help me.
