I Can not connect to the 2k servers

I getting this errors 2fd7b735 and 4b538e50 for abaut 3 days now, i make a request to 2ksupport but no response no nothing
any one can help me?

Which version of the game?

I had this on my Switch version. I had to do a "hard reset" by holding the power button on it until I could actually turn it off instead of just going to sleep mode.

Turned it back on and then I connected and loaded up without issue.
