anytime i walk in to the dressing room before and after games the game always starts to slow down and
lag and i don't know why

SAME. My FPS dropped from 60 to like 5 or sth, I was like WTF there wasn't even anything fancy.

I got that fixed today!
Open the game -> Go to setting menu -> Video setting -> turn off "Dynamic Vertical Sync"
That works for me. I'm not sure will it work for you guys. Hope it can help

I tried it but is was already off any other fixes you can think off
