Extracting Cyberfaces for Staff Heads

Hi guys I don't know very much about modding, but I've just discovered where a few of the staff cyberfaces are. TGsoGood has them listed under fictional cyberfaces in his Cyberface ID excel file.. I had an idea to rename some cyberfaces I downloaded like Mark Jackson and Scottie Pippen, then rename them to the fictional cyberface numbers, ie png3552.iff and paste them into modded folder. When I open up edit staff in game, these new heads show up as the presets pasted over the cyberfaces. With this in mind I wanted to use this as a way to revamp staff in myleague. How do I extract all the premade cyberfaces from the game, so that I can rename and paste them into my modded folder?
