Help creating DaJuan Wagner texture

Hey I was hoping someone could help me with a DaJuan Wagner face texture. I think I've made a pretty good 3D model but I have no idea how to create textures so I am having to use a lookalike face. I'm currently using Ben McLemore and I think it looks solid but its just not quite right. Any help would be appreciated. I'm attaching a photo of what he currently looks like so any suggestions on changes with the head shape would be welcome. Thanks!
