How Can I Swap Beards With Two PNG Files?

Hello Everyone,
I had a question that I hope one of you guys could help me out with. I watched The Goods tutorial on how to swap players hair. I was able to swap the hair with the two players I'm trying to do with it. As far as I know, it is also possible to swap beards too. I tried copying the facialHair_01.SCNE to the png file I want to have the beard on. When I viewed the png file in the game, the player model disappeared and wouldn't show up. Am I doing something wrong? How can I transfer facial hair from one player to the other? Thanks!

I would like to know as well. So I can update several guys facial hair.

Having not done it but making the assumption its like TG's tutorial...you probably have to copy the corresponding hihead file as well
