Could anyone make a shorter shorts mod as short as this?

And how do you actually edit the length of shorts? If anyone knows how could you make a tutorial please. Also I have tried this one by michaelvlutz49 but it isn't short enough. It would be much appreciated if someone could make a shorts mod this late in 2k18.
