How do I edit the staff?

Hi guys, is there an editor that i can use to edit coach's age?
I want to replace fictional staff with real staff with real age

fire them then assign them to which team you want. for custom coaches, it cant be done i think, cause i created a custom nick nurse with random head but the problem is that either the first name or last name changes from time to time
