Anyone seeing a delay during jump ball?

During jump ball it seems there is sometimes a delay when jumping, seems like it's 50/50 when it happens. Maybe it's intentional, not sure. I've read it happened on consoles but was fixed at some point.

Your guy hesitates and barely jumps and never has a chance to get it, even if timed properly. I don't expect to win every jumpball, but it feels weird and basically means you never win it if that bug? happens.

Yup
I suppose it was ingame graphics settings and nvidia drivers related, and also game speed settings
but it still happens sometimes.
