I read in a thread for 2K16 or 2K17, that the settings are on medium, and special effects like motion blur, ambient occlusion etc weren't mention.
I read on another site for 2k16, everything is pretty much maxed out, with a couple effects off.
2k18 i assume would be the same settings it's been for years
From what i can tell from youtube videos:
Of course 1080p 60fps on ps4 (would like to know if it has dips in fps, like in cutscenes, and rare occasions in game like my pc does lol)

crowd detail level- high, because medium has less people in the crowd
media people detail level- N/A

Ambient Occlusion- N/A
Volumetric Lighting- On, there are cameras flashing
Temporal AA: On
Depth of Field- On
Motion Blur- N/A
Bloom- N/A
Floor reflections- N/A
Mirror Reflections- N/A
Max Anisotropy- N/A, most console games don't use 16
