Justice Young all over again. If there going to force a character onto our MyCareer at least make him a role player with little meaning to the team (like Denver last year). Stop forcing him to play well to make him that bit more relevant in the story.

The second this guy starts dropping 30/20 points in my MyCareer, I'm removing him with Limnono's modifier.

Shammy is a beast! Having a much better time playing with him than I did Justice Young last year. For some reason, Justice just couldn't consistently hit J's for me in any of MyCareers.

Is his nickname Shammgod? Does he DO the Shammgod?

The names are so cheesy.

I got quite a few assists last year thanks to Justice, but Wells is certainly trigger happy and pretty accurate most of the time. Again, it helps me pad the assist numbers, but it does make me feel like maybe the story should be revolving around him instead.

Forget Steph Curry Shammy took one 3 pointer for every minute he played...and smashed Steph's NBA record for most three's in a game.

MySHAMMY in NBA 2K19 is gonna be lit.

Shammy in my game averages about 15 points I think.

I turned on automatic playcalling, that might be the difference.

I'll have to double-check that.

Oi, there is no "I" in the word "PASS".

I'm playing center's career and in my MC Wells has 12.2 PPG, 2.3 APG, 47.2% FG%, 46.7% 3P in 17.4 MPG. He drops 121 3PA during 21 games. I turned off auto playcalling 6 games ago because my LAL really sucks with playcalling turned to auto: low FG%, lack fastbreaks, low amount of assists for Lonzo. But Wells plays much lesser role in MC than Justice was.

Oh and I'm with the Heat and Wells is not a starter, that might also play a role.

Strange. Seems my experience is something of an aberration.

I find myself not passing to Shammy, because I know he's gonna put upa shot whenever he gets a chance.

also found out that in year 2 of My Career, an Overall 90 player comes along every time.
come on man.. even LBJ wasn't an overall 90 in his rookie year.. not even MJ, or Bird, or Kobe...

As I said in the Tip-Off, I do it because I like getting assists. I'm also starting to wonder if the theory I mentioned at the end has an element of truth to it.

LOL, if I pass it to anyone on the break they will pull up and shoot, not just Shammy. He does it outside break though and at least has 90+ 3pt rating.

Winslow and Johnsons are pulling up threes on break.

Fair point. Wade is a bit too trigger happy from three as well, though he's nowhere near as successful as Wells.

It seems a bit like teams have tendencies of Warriors again :/

Justice was a stud last year. He was Michael Jordan to my Bill Wennington. Even 6 months later when I finally reached HOF badge status and 96 rating, he'd outshine me every time. (On All star mode)

I overtook Justice, but Shammy has been on a whole other level. Now that I'm a starter and not playing with him as much though, he's obviously having less of an impact on gameplay.

If you're trying to play sim this guy is a nightmare, but if you're trying to rack up assists he's a dream. His attributes/tendencies are a joke, but I heard he just disappears from the league after the first season.

Andrew, I agree with your theory that he may very well may be a parody of most MyCAREER gamers, or maybe he's supposed to be that easy assist that everyone wants.
