MC freethrow & speed with ball

does anyone know how to increase mc freethrow and speed with ball?

You've got to work on the Free Throw Ace Badge. I'm not a fan of that change; it was enough of a grind getting your free throw rating up last year (even as an Archetype that should be rock solid from the foul line), and this new way seems even more contrived.
