I love these body fixes, helps with all the gumby looking bodies that i hate and helps with accuracy. Maybe you can do Wilt Chamberlains broad shoulders and short and strong neck(and do something about that headband while you're at it). Karl Malone and Ben Wallace are 2 more that deserve to have their proper physiques. Scottie Pippen was pretty shredded as well.
