You should use this video as reference, the yellow needs to be more gold and purple needs to be darker. Again, the NBA logo on the side beside the scores table needs to be stretched higher. Seems like that just keeps happening when you convert them over.

Alright... I was able to fix the baseline color, I stretched the NBA logo a tad (maybe not enough), and I made the paint a darker purple... still probably not dark enough...

The colors are still way off in comparison to the broadcast colors. Also, I'm not a huge fan of the wood texture you're using. Is that the default one that the game has for classic teams?

I pieced that together like I did last year. It's wood textures from last gen that I put together and altered the color.

Maybe I'm not the best person to be doing courts... doing the best I can with what I have.

Honestly, im questioning if Im the right man for the job. I can do 100's of hours on ratings/tendancies/signatures, making everything accurate as far as that goes (Sim stats almost perfect), we can do amazing portraits as well. But I am not good with blender like you guys, and I don't have photoshop. I feel like I have kind of maxed out what I can do with courts.

But it's kind of a shame, because I did like 15-20 last year (a lot of the classic teams), but I don't think those will meet quality standards of what you guys are looking for.

Manni sent me a message and said that he wanted to tackle the Lakers court, and I think that's a good idea. I'll duck out of court making for now.

Don't apologize. Your court was perfectly good, it just needed minor tweaking.

When your only problem with courts is the color or a texture here and there, you're 99% done already.

bro bro bro, thats not what i was trying to say at all. The only reason why i offered was because i was already making a 2010 laker court for 2k14 for my personal experience, i already had the most of the template done which is the reason i offered. Your court is good man just tweak the color abit and its fine man.

How are you editing these colors? Your method for color editing seems to be the problem based on how the wood is coming out.

Actually, I just looked at the new pictures I posted, the Paint looks a lot better.

Im adjusting via Birightness/contrast/hue and saturation adjustments on Paint.net, and I also gave the baseline and paint a different color.

Some improvement there right?

I just started trying courts last year. I'll still probably do some. I hope Manni's knocks mine out of the water. You guys are so good at this stuff.

Hell that would be great as well. Maybe we can choose the best one out of the three (or two.. you and Mannis) lol.

We are obviously shooting for accuracy with this roster, so I think as many people as we can have on it would be great.

Can we just promise to not make the atmosphere to dark? One thing that I couldn't stand about 2k15 especially, and 2k16 was how dead the atmosphere seemed, that includes the lighting.

Well I feel like the Staples Center and MSG is an exception since they are dark. The biggest problem is the lighting on the jerseys and the players.

To give you guys an idea of the accuracy you will get with SIM stats, including team records. See below: Notice the team records are almost SPOT ON (A couple are spot on)

I think screens here make more sense. Only for the fact that feedback is so important, I'm realizing that more and more as these projects go on. I mean, look at what we are putting together here, we want the stats/records/faces/courts etc all accurate. I'll keep posting pictures of progress on here as well.

Not only are we going to add new classic teams, we are going to do it RIGHT. It will be better than any DLC you could get.
