One thing about the accessories.

For about 33 out of the 37 teams, they are accurate color wise. And we figured out how to change the color for them for the 4 or so teams through cheat engine. And even those teams have acceptable accessory colors, they are just not completely accurate.

One problem regarding those 4 teams: Once you go into a MyLeague with that roster, they will initially look perfect. But when you save and exit the MyLeague followed by going back into it, they revert back to what they were before the changes were made in cheat engine.

It's a super minor issue, because the teams look great regardless, but it's a bit of an annoyance.

If anybody knows why this is happening, or if a fix exists, let me know.

This week the primary focus will be to finish the 06-07 Warriors and do the finishing touches on the roster.

A few other MAJOR differences between V1 and V2:

1. We figured out how to assign sizeups to any player (GIve the players appropriate DNA) through cheat engine. In V1 for example, Iverson for the Nuggets did not have his size-up, in V2 he will. All players will have the appropriate DNA and size-ups where applicable.

2. Any inaccurate player stats that a player has under view player will be wiped clean. This was also discovered through cheat engine.

3. Lookalikes are very few and far between for the 37 new teams. Between conversions from 2K18, my cyberfaces, etc... the league is incredibly accurate. And like V1, all teams are 100% compatible for MyLeague or Play Now.

4. Names have been added to the games name bank via cheat engine, so names will never change in the roster. In V1, this hadn't been discovered yet. So a player like Iavaroni, who's name wasn't in the name bank, would change when exiting the roster. This is no longer a concern.

5. All non-classic teams are hidden. When cycling through the roster, all you will see are classic teams, it's really appealing to look at, and easy to navigate. When I released V1, the Euro teams were still showing, as well as any current NBA teams that were not overwritten. When I figured out how to get the Euro teams to 13 guys and found out how to completely overwrite them, I moved many teams to those euro slots, and hid any teams I was not using.

I'm at work right now so I can't work on the roster. But this week I'll be finishing up the Warriors.

There is one set of dornas for all the euro team slots, that's the way the game did it. I used Spalding, foot locker, and a couple other generic dornas for those teams.

For the teams that are overwriting current teams, I could try and overwrite stance and tissot dornas.

This roster is incredibly accurate, but keep in mind that the last 20 teams created have basically just been my brother and I, which includes the art, CE stuff, faces, players, and everything else. The first 18 teams we had some help in the art and CE department from PeacemanNoT (thanks!), but again that was mostly just myself and my brother, with the last month before release PeacemanNOT doing some awesome CE/art stuff. When I say mostly my brother and I for the first 18 or a teams, we did every players vitals, sigs, atts, tends, badges, portraits, logos, courts (Manni did 04-05 spurs, thanks), etc.

I haven't figured out how to permanantly overwrite the tissot, stance dornas etc. I haven't had time to really look, either. If somebody wants to tackle some dornas (including locating the file name to overwrite), by all means do.

I was thinking the same thing. The gold makes the legends really pop and look prominant.

Another thing I was thinking about doing if time permits is: Giving the game the 2K11 edit player background, or another one of the classic 2k's. That would look pretty cool and add to the retro effect.

That's not a short term goal, I still have to finish the roster itself.

I put in about 5 hours today and finished the 06-07 Warriors... much earlier than I thought.

Instead of final touch ups, I think I'll put in the last two teams to get the roster to 40 new teams.

Also, I've decided to go with the gold background. It gives the roster a certain feel that I like. And trust me, it looks great in game.

Ill be removing the logos from the stanchion before release. I believe this is one of Manni Lives stadiums, and I really like the lighting.

The only thing not complete is the players ages on the 06-07 Warriors, everything else is 100%. ill update those tomorrow. I'll also be changing the Baron Davis Portrait.
