All-Time College DLC PC Roster

Poking around at the files and talking to Andrew and others, I have noticed the All-Time College DLC teams are in the game but not accessible without the right Cheat Engine table. They were uploaded to 2K share when the servers were online but obviously, they are inaccessible today. Looking at TGsoGood video https://youtu.be/8YjpW-8h-_A?si=M0l8-W6b4EYYCax7&t=650 at the timestamp 10:50 you can see them on PC. I am new to this area of modding but could someone point me in the right direction for a Cheat Engine table so a roster of the All-Time College DLC teams can be uploaded and preserved?
