Defensive settings

Is there a screen I can get to the defensive settings for each team and player, without having to load My League or other modes? Like when I play vs CPU, I can get to the defensive sets and adjustments from "Be the Coach" screen but is there another way to access these, without going there? And how do you get them to show on the screen while playing a game? Appreciate the help.
