If you look at the UK version of NBA 2K17 on Gamestop you can see the accidentally leaked info of the Pre-Order bonus. Here is what it says just in case you can't access the website for some reason:

So it looks like the 92 Dream team is going to be in the game if you Pre-Order it. Could this also mean Charles Barkley is going to be in the game and possibly with the TNT crew? We will have to see.

Well, according to their info, PG MyTeam card will be 90 OVR and Kobe's and Jordan's will be 99 OVR (they said these will be limited by number of uses IIRC).

Hope you'll be able to keep those cards even after you use them in competitive play, maybe for friend-only matches?

If they're the new "Free Agent" cards, it means they'll expire after a few games. Kind of like the short term contracts introduced in NBA Live 16 Ultimate Team. I have mixed feelings about that concept; on one hand, it's nice to be able to play a few games with rare cards, but at the same time, it's a tease.

Nice to see the Dream Team back in the game, but it's kind of shady to make it a pre-order exclusive.
