PC Version My Career

Hey there, I'm playing my career, and got drafted my the Sacramento Kings, and at team practice or whenever i go to the gym, i'm invisible and all the other players as well. And when i played the first game the game crashed to desktop.
Can anyone please help?
Note: i have another my career with the pistons and everything was OK.
