Do the NBA2k16 faces work for 2k17?

What I mean is how to edit tattoos without explorer? I am trying to mod tats but i dont know how to import and export png without the explorer.

Right click the iff file and click 7zip < Open Archive. I've already explained this to you in another thread.

Right click the iff file and click 7zip < Open Archive. I've already explained this to you in another thread.

Sorry, if u explained on another thread but, how do u insert the edited dds back into the iff file?
just drag and drop back into it using 7zip or winrar?
