[Tool] Basket Exporter 1.0 for 2k16

I let ai write a code that exports baskets and all necessary files from any given arena iff. files starting with s not f. Run exe select s015.iff or the one you like and press Start Export. a directory will be created with the files and if you put these files into any arena iff then you will have the new baskets. If the baskets are for smaller courts then you must edit them in blender its another process this tool does not do that. Just give it a try and if you have problems I will try to fix it.

Nicely done! Great to expand the archives with tools for old favourites that are still being tinkered with.
