i just formatted my computer downloaded the explorer and then now its telling me that Fatal error: pyconfig.h: No such file or directory tried going to the temp folder and deleting it but no avail i even installed the latest python

You might need the c++ 2010 redistributable.

Hi guys, need help on this tool. At first, I manage to use it and it works perfectly fine but somehow when I open it again, it stops working... I mean, it can be opened but it cant view my NBA 2K16 file when I try to locate on preference.

Below is the screenshot that shows when I open the while, which i believe that is not the same as before..

Where in his screenshots do you see that his 2K16 exe is in appdata? I don't see that. The explorer is in his temp folder for some reason, though.

Also, there is no retail version of 2K16.

yeah i overlooked.... retail version i refer to as steam. I dont think he has steam version of game, that be my guess

Okay, I think I know his problem. He's trying to run the exe from winrar. He has to unpack the archive first.

I mean, this is some really really basic stuff. How do people not know to unpack a rar beforehand?

It's called a false positive. Look it up.

1. Make sure the game is completely closed during imports.

2. Run as admin.

For player models, right click on hihead.scne and click "parse model".
