I was messing around with a program called "Wrap" and converted Michael Jordan's NBA 2K23 player model to an NBA 2K16 player model.

I've done Victor Wembanyama converted from 2K24, there are a few errors with the movement of the eyes, eye popping, and the skin texture. So anyone that wants to edit it go ahead, all yours.

Hey there! I'll give a mini tutorial right now.
I do want to state that this works from any 2k to any 2k from what i know,
so, this means you could convert 2k23 to 2k13,
or 2k13 to 2k23 and so on and so forth. At least from what i've experimented with.
Anyway,

Here's what you'll need:

WRAP3DS: https://faceform.com/download-wrap/
BLENDER 2.72 (for 2k16 faces): https://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.72/
BLENDER 2.93 (for 2k18 faces and onward): https://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.93/
NBA 2K EXPORTER CONSOLE BY LOOYH 1.0: NBA2K File Batch Exporter Console by Looyh
NBA 2K16 FILE IMPORTER FOR BLENDER: https://www.forums.nba-live.com/downloa ... df_id=8275
1. Pick the player you want to convert from nba 2k23.
2. Export only his png and face files using looyh's nba2k hook.
3. Find an NBA 2K16 player that matches his hair and/or facial hair.
4. Export The NBA 2K16 players png and face files too.
5. Then from tha 2K16 face your gonna want to extract the hihead and player. model file. (you can find the right one by double clicking the hihead.scne and opening it with notepad and scrolling down to the bottom)

I've converted Zion Williamson's full body model from 2K23,

there are a few errors as always,
theres some clipping with the legs through the shorts, and sadly you can't really add accessories to him.

Cause the body models from 2k23 are quite different from 2k16's.

Also some clipping with the eyes, but minimal.

As always, you can make any edits you want.

I've made a second attempt (and a much better one at that) at converting LeBron James straight from 2K23.

This includes his whole body model, face model, face texture, beard, etc.

There's a little bit of clipping on his biceps, but that's about it from what i gathered.

Can you do Nikola Jokic from 2K17 into 2K16, please? They used someone completely different for his face scan lol. Would you also be able to use Boban and Jonathan Simmons' cyberfaces from 2K17 into 2K16 as well since they have a CAP face for their model?
