Tool Suggestions?

I just want to ask for a good tool that i can use to check my CPU and Video card temperature? and also what tool i can use to see the usage percentage of my Video card? i tried Process Explorer but it doesn't work on Windows XP.
Just to proved that your a real men you don't need to bang up different girls every night, being loyal to just one girl is already man enough... oh yeah!!!

MSI Afterburner has worked in giving me CPU & GPU temps as well as GPU usage, and you can have it as an overlay in full-screen 3D applications if you want to watch how specific games work your system and don't have a second monitor.
