You don't need to install it, just grab the zip version for your OS and run the .exe within it.

In Civ V, they're changing those specialized advantages to one special ability, like England has "Sun Never Sets" which gives each naval unit +2 movement. so how do you use them properly? the ones near me get in the way of where i am building my cities so i get tempted to take them over. otherwise, i just go about my business and leave them be. i don't like paying 250 gold to make them like me only for it to slowly go away, i feel like it's a waste
