Posting photos from websites

I'm about to do a new dynasty story for live 07 and i wanted to post pictures here in the forum, but pictures/photos from websites of players and teams or something like that on this forum at the dynasty story section; how do you do that? And i forgot how to copy and paste the pictures of the players in this forum, any help would be appreciated, because i'd like to make my stories more interesting.

You use the IMG tags. For example:
