Best Summer of Your Life

Any stories fellas? What was the best summer of your life, and why? How old were you etc.

I have a couple that come to mind.

First one being after year 10, that was the last year before school got serious, I had plenty of fun in year 10 and that summer was great. I played basketball just about every night until it got dark and began to improve my game just above that level where you don't feel ashamed of your play I played a little tennis too with a couple of good friends, just really enjoyed my self, and not because of the tennis so much, but because of the people, that was a care free summer. I think that might have also been the first time I saw Anna K at the Aussie Open... the one time I managed to actually watch her play tennis. Nba Lockout at the time, and the final NBA season to be broadcast on free to air Aussie TV.

The Summer after my first year of uni... went out a lot, played basketball a lot too, started playing competitively again after more than a year off, was having a great time, until I had a car accident which basically ended my fun I think this was the summer during which I spent way too much time on the old forum, and talking to a lot of you guys/stooges on MSN late into the night. My parents weren't happy with the phone bill.


This last summer (which only ended a couple of weeks ago) was strange in comparison to the others because it was not really the most enjoyable at the time, but has set up what should be an enjoyable year. I worked all summer and it was worthwhile because it has set up some fun times to come. At the time though I barely had any fun. Look at me now, I'm livin it up in General Talk!!!!!!!!!!!

I know people like Tales have summer long orgies with their Brazilian parties and sexy women! I know, I've seen the pics!!
Others injure themselves to gain pitty sex. And then there's Jae... poor bastards in England, and there is no summer!

My best summer.. was probably last summer when I went to a camping site with a bunch of friends and we drank a lot of booze and had great fun. We also worked together at a moving company to pay for it hehe.

Best summer for me would either be the summer I went to Chicago, or the summer I started working....

My best summer would probably be 01/02. I did everything that i've ever wanted to do in my life that summer... Also, it's the little things that now, i would take for granted, like how me and 3 other friends attempted to make a skate video so my friend could get a sponsor (failed)...and the first time i got la...yeah. and howi went on two holidays with friends which were so much fun because of the freedom...

Come to think of it...My winters are just as good as my summers... ...meh

I must admit, ever since i got the net, (which was only june last year for those who don't know.......which is probably everyone) i was much more socail... i think all this net time has ruined my life .......................

Which city are you in Nick? Because if you live in Adelaide/Canberra, you never had much of a social life anyway (j/k) hehehe...

Lucky Barnsey... lucky! I mean where else would you get to see the Giants play week in and week out! That's entertainment!
