no program will make low-resolution pics into high-definition pics of big resolution...

there has to be a way of getting small videos and making them bigger??

If you just want to resize pics, any image editor will do for you, Paintshop Pro, Photoshop, hell, even the picture viewer ACDSee...

but the pics will still look very blurry, not very sharp...

but if u look at the wallpapares, they make a small pic into a big pic, maybe someone els has something?

For wallpapers you need high resolution pictures, you don't make them out of little thumbnails if you want them to be detailed.

Like I already told you, no software will make low-resolution pics into high-definition sharp pics wallpaper size...
