I don't really like it much. I don't think the fire effect works there (even though it's nice), I don't like the scanlines, I don't like the mic placement, and I don't like the text/the outter glow.

On that text, try making it a dark red and adding a dark yellow satin in blending options. It will give it a very simple multi-colour look.

where can I get the fire effect?

I believe he just used fractal brushes. You can find loads at deviantart.

On the satin effect you might lower the px values to around 5-6. I think they start off at 11 and 14. And the blend mode of the satin effect is at default on a setting that might block out yellow. It should look like this.

Looks pretty good, maybe a stroke on the text and it is FIYAH! (pun intended) Great stuff.
