If you want to lump orthography under the heading of grammar, then I apologize - however, most people I've encountered use the word "grammar" to refer mainly to syntax.

@ BigKaboom2: Apology accepted, but I don't know why you did. Yeah, I didn't really think that spelling was part of grammar, but it would be pretty stupid saying "Spelling Nazi!"
